Do you wonder why some nonprofit organizations are superlative in nearly every facet while many nonprofit organizations struggle with difficulties which prevent them from fulfilling their potential? Why do only a handful of nonprofits have that “it” factor that makes them not just good, but great?
Organizational Vitality is a synergy of elements that are at the heart of every organization’s success. Through this seminar you will learn how Organizational Vitality can ensure the core of your organization is resilient and effective. You will receive valuable information and expert advice on how to devise an integrated, holistic approach to assessing and improving your organization. You will take away practical tools that can be tailored and applied to your own organization’s challenges.
- Learn how to quickly assess where your nonprofit lacks vitality.
- Learn how vision, leadership, goals, and engagement are the hidden pillars of your organization’s effectiveness and resilience.
- Learn how to utilize a unique, pragmatic approach that ensures your organization thrives, rather than survives.
